Pendragon Grounding Wall Art

The Pendragon series is a collection of photos documenting the grounding of the sloop Pendragon on a falling tide at Lagoon Point on Whidbey Island. It should be noted that this entrance is tricky for those with local knowledge as the sand bar changes to fit the weathers mood. The skipper of the Pendragon was departing with the boat he had purchased from one of those locals on his trip home. The good news is that she is a stout boat and none the worse for her stint on the sandbar at Lagoon Point.
